How to Lose 10 Pounds in 3 Days – The Three Day Diet

I think it's safe to say that most physicians would probably not recommend that you try to lose 10 pounds in 3 days,although technically it can be done. I know that I saw this diet somewhere online and while I am not interested going through the trouble to find out where, I feel fairly certain that you could find it if you put in the time on the keyboard. Why you'd want to do this, I don't know, since I'm spelling it all out for you here.

I guess that if you were in the army or the police department you have a real reason to lose weight fast. For anyone else, you might want to consider doing it a little slower.

O.K. Here it is, the three day diet:

For day one you are to eat only a half of a grapefruit and a slice of toast covered with two tablespoons of peanut butter (you can use low fat or full fat). With this you can have a cup of black tea or coffee. At your mid-day meal, open a half can of tuna and spread it on a slice of toast with coffee or tea. For dinner go all out on 3 ounces of any meat with a cup of green beans, one half a banana and a smallish apple. For your delicious dessert reward yourself with a whole cup of vanilla ice cream.

On the second day begin with an egg, a slice of toast and half a banana. For lunch you'll get a cup of cottage cheese and a boiled egg with about 5 saltines. At the close of day two sit yourself down for two hot dogs (but NO buns), and a half cup broccoli and half a cup of carrots. This time only eat a half a cup of the vanilla ice cream.

For the 3rd and final day of this challenge to lose belly fat you can have five saltine crackers with a slice of cheddar cheese and a small apple (apple and cheddar are a New England favorite). For lunch you can splurge on a hard boiled egg to go along with the ubiquitous slice of dry toast. Your last meal for you lose 10 pounds in three days diet is again a can of tuna (Yes!), your half banana, and an entire cup of vanilla ice cream.

Because this plan works with chemical breakdowns you can't substitute ANYTHING in the menu. You may use salt and pepper but definitely don't add any other seasoning. And make absolutely sure you only use it for three days at a time. If you must lose more weight just eat like you normally do for 4 more days. After that go back on the three day diet. Remember that coffee and tea are used for the first 2 meals on the 1st day only. After day one you may drink only fresh water. And don't snack between meals!
