What you eat is the factor here. Fruits and vegetables play a big part in keeping you satisfied so you will not over eat at night.

Water-Drink Enough Of It.

Sometimes we mistake hunger for thirst. By drinking enough water throughout the day this can help in appetite control. Drink eight to ten glasses each day. Not only does the body need it for hydration but this helps to flush toxins from the body as well.

Avoid drinking soda pop, especially diet pop. This actually attributes to weight gain. Alcoholic beverages are another way to get empty calories. Limit your intake of these and you will notice the difference.
