  5. It’s winter again, it’s lockdown again, it’s time for a Chloe Ting challenge again 🙂 I did her “Get Fit” challenge a while ago and wanted one without equipment this time: Weight loss 2021, here we go!

    Day 1: As for almost all of Chloe’s challenges I’ve done so far, I thought this would be easier than it was…for no good reason whatsoever, I should really know better by now 😀
    Day 2: The arms workouts are hard for me. I tried to do regular pushups, but didn’t manage and had to switch to low impact sometimes.
    Day 3: Today went well. In general, I love Chloe’s latest cooldown and stretch video! It really feels like a reward after completing the workouts 🙂
    Day 4: Rest day 🙂 I’m pretty sore but looking forward to working our again tomorrow (not much else to do in lockdown)
    Day 5: Loved today’s abs workout! 🙂 But I think “low boat side crunch” is the hardest single exercise in this challenge so far.
    Day 6: My stomach muscles are sore, but I was very motivated today. Did all the workouts plus the 10 min Cardio on top 🙂
    Day 7: I’m pretty exhausted and glad it’s a rest day!
    Day 8: I had quite a headache and no motivation today. But after the first half of todays HIIT workout my headache lifted and now I feel great again 🙂
    Day 9: Unfortunately I only realized that todays workouts had equipment options while doing them. I didn’t want to stop to search for my dumbbells and resistance bands, so I went on without them. All in all today was nice.

    I woke up sick today 🙁 Luckily the Covid-test was negative, but I’ll have to stay in bed for a few days. I will continue the challenge once I’m healthy again.

    After three days in bed and two more of being quite weak, I think I’m healthy again. Moreover, I’m bored out of my mind! I want to continue this challenge from tomorrow on. Can’t wait 🙂

    Day 10: In order to not overdo it (I’m not sure, I’m a 100% fit yet), I did today’s 20 minute HIIT session low impact. It felt really good to work out again! 🙂
    Day 11: Rest day … I’m glad I took it easy yesterday.
    Day 12: Loved today’s combination of workouts. But the abs workout was just as hard as I remembered from the Flat Stomach challenge 😀
    Day 13: Got my period 🙁 … today was hard.
    Day 14: Thank god it’s rest day!
    Day 15: It’s getting better, but still not great. I took longer breaks between the workouts and everything together took two hours.
    Day 16: Today was much better – I could workout as usual 🙂 The arms exercises were tough as always.
    Day 17: My period is almost over. Today was fine 🙂
    Day 18: Rest day

  15. @Carolina Borrell you can most likely lose a decent amount of weight with just this video and a calorie deficit, but if you do not wish to change your diet then i suggest the full weight loss program on the chloe ting website, that is what i did

  19. This is the last day of the Weight Loss challenge for me, and I gained 1,5 kilograms 😭😭😭😭
    I did all the workouts in time and ate very healthy

  20. @noneyn Have you checked whether you gained muscles of fat? Muscles are heavier than fats so that could be a reason for the overall weight gain. I hope this result won’t discourage you from continuing to exercise. It could be something temporary. Don’t give up!

    Yes, I can definitely see that I gained some muscle, especially on my legs and arms. But it wasn’t my goal at all 🙁 I will continue exercising, I think I will start the Shred Challenge next, maybe it will help me to actually lose some weight… It’s just very strange, I’m so sweaty at the end of the workout, I definitely lose calories. Maybe I should see a doctor or smth :/

    If you want, maybe consult a dietician about your diet plan? Sometimes the proportions of nutrients you eat could affect the results too 🙂

    day 1- 151 lbs, even though this is the easiest workout from her (imo) i still broke a sweat! hope to see improvements 🙂
